I’ve had an amazing experience training at this Jiu Jitsu gym. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about helping every student improve, whether you’re a complete beginner or an advanced practitioner. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and has a great training atmosphere. Everyone here is welcoming and supportive, which makes it easy to stay motivated and consistent. If you’re looking for high-quality Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training with professional instructors, structured classes, and a positive community, this is the place to be. This is easily one of the best Jiu Jitsu gyms in the area. Highly recommended for anyone interested in self-defense, fitness, or competition training.
Excellent classes, clean facility, and a welcoming atmosphere. I started here with basically no experience, the whitest of white belts. Latif has been incredibly patient, nuanced, and detailed in both his instruction and demonstrations of BJJ techniques. Every time I’ve trained here, he’s taken the time to check in with each student individually, offering guidance and asking questions. As a parent, I also appreciate how family-friendly the gym is. My kids were warmly welcomed and able to sit and play comfortably while I trained. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for high-quality instruction in a supportive environment.
My Wife & I currently train here and we love it! The mats are always clean, the members & staff are always friendly , & the coach/ owner Latif, is amazing at coaching jiu jitsu. It’s a family friendly environment and I would highly recommend trying it out!

I was nervous to start training as i had no experience. Coach Latif made me feel welcomed and explains everything well for beginners i much appreciate him and everyone that goes here! Highly recommend please come by and roll we are all very friendly!
I was by an open mat on a Sunday. I am from out of town by the way. This isn’t my home gym. However I got a great welcome from the guys and some awesome rolls! I told Professor I would like to make his gym my home gym when I’m not at my home gym! I would highly recommend coming in signing up with Professor Latif. Such a chill and welcoming vibe! I will definitely come back every time I am in town.
