Vince is an amazing instructor. The facility is brand new and very clean. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. I have had no prior instruction in BJJ but everyone that I've rolled with has been extremely helpful (and merciful)! It's a great place to learn how to defend yourself without breaking the bank.
I have trained with Juan Cardenas and Professor Anzelone. Both of them are masters at their craft. They help everyone appreciate the challenge of Jiu-Jitsu. They focus on fundamentals first, to build a knowledge base. You will definitely feel welcome here surrounded by your tribe!
