Guetho BJJ is an amazing place to train. I was passing through Amarillo for work and dropped in for a couple classes. Professor David was so welcoming that I felt like I had known him for years. Professor Jack is a world class instructor and was extremely detailed when explaining techniques. Thank you Guetho BJJ Amarillo for the warm welcome and allowing me to train with you all. I’m a truck driver and I try to train on the road whenever I have the chance. Finding a place where I can actually park a semi-truck nearby is a huge deal, and this spot was perfect for that. I dropped in for the Saturday Open Mat and the welcome I received exceeded all my expectations. From the very first minute, I felt like I had been training there for years. I had some great rounds with guys at various skill levels, and I was honestly surprised by the high turnout! The atmosphere is friendly, respectful, and professional. It’s clear why this club has such a great reputation. I’m happy to add my 5 stars to the mix and I’ll definitely be back whenever my route allows. Thanks to everyone for the great training session!💪💪
I always stop by here each time I'm in town. The people are all super cool and know alot about jiu jitsu. You most certainly will get great rolls when you train at this gym. Everyone is so knowledgeable and you could tell they love this martial art. Place is clean organized. Would recommend this gym because it is a 10/10. The black belt there even gave me free spats because they ran out of merchandise for my size and that was the only thing they had left and said j could just keep them, so they definitely have great customer service as well. I can't wait to come back in May
After training for almost a year, Guetho has my heart.
