Apex Jiu-Jitsu has been amazing for my whole family. I'm a homeschool mom of two boys and both me and my kids train here. It's been amazing to watch their confidence grow. The kids jiu-jitsu program has great coaches and is both structured and fun. I started in the beginner (Fundamentals) program and was brand new to jiujitsu. I was a little intimidated at first but the coaches were amazing, patient and welcoming. It's very beginner-friendly and a safe space for women to train. We drive from Etowah, and it's worth the drive! Apex is an amazing place for jiu-jitsu training in Cleveland, TN for adults and kids.
No matter your experience level nor your fitness level, when you leave a session at APEX you WILL be leaving a better person than when you entered. Ego and attitude do not exist on the mat at APEX. Everyone from the coaches to the students want YOU to be there to learn and grow with them. If you have never participated in sports or martial arts, you have a place here. If you don't think you can handle the physical work it takes to roll, you have a place here. If you think you are too old, you have a place here. Come and see.
Dropped in for a Monday night jiu jitsu class. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The owner lead a great class and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I will be back.
Super awesome people. Great technical classes with high level rolling. I appreciate not training in the Gi as well. I’d recommend for everyone to try it out. I train at the 11am class and it works out for me perfectly.
Had a really good and fun time training here. Pac is an amazing instructor and helped me grow quite a bit in this sport. He makes sure you understand what your doing and why your doing it. Great team of guys to train with as well, you learn stuff from everyone. Couldn't recommend this place more!
I couldn't recommend Apex Jiu-jitsu enough. The coaching staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well as the people who train there.
