I signed up about 2 months ago to get out of my comfort zone and after the first class I was hooked. I walked in with slim to no experience but the growth from week to week was exponential with coach connor. It’s honestly more than a gym it feels like a family with everyone and how welcoming they are I can only give it 5 stars through google but it deserves 10x that!
I had a great experience training here. Connor is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging, and always makes workouts challenging but enjoyable. He focuses on proper technique and tailors sessions to my individual goals and fitness level. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great trainer! 🙂
Connor's a great coach. Having equipment provided for beginners is a huge plus. Great mix of basic instruction with optional sparring at the end of class. Really fun and respectful environment and the gym is growing quickly!
Anytime I'm in erie this is the place i stop to train. Great coach, great experience, and good people. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to train in the area.
Coach Connor does an amazing job with his instruction. He knows how to explain techniques in very in depth details, making it easier to know what you’re doing. Very friendly environment and good safe technical sparring.
Connor is very knowledgeable and obviously loves teaching mma, kickboxing etc. He’s great at breaking down the movements to enable newcomers to learn easily. Definitely recommend checking out Oasis MMA!
