Very structured classes. Lund teaches respect, discipline, self defense and so much more. They have many instructors who help with the younger kids to keep them focused and make sure they are doing the right things. They manage to do all this and still make it fun for the kids! Mr Alexander Lee is so positive and you can tell he is respected by everyone! He and the instructors know everyone by name and try to get to know the kids. I appreciate the organization they maintain with such young kids! I definitely recommend Lund to anyone who asks about the classes.
My whole family attends Lund Martial Arts. My son has been going for about 5 months and my husband and I have been going for about 3 months. Everyone is so welcoming and makes you feel like you have been a part of the school for much longer! My son usually would start a sport and then want to quit before the season was over, but each day that there are classes, he looks forward to going. The classes are so fun for him and at the same time they teach about how the things they learn there carry over into every day life. It has definitely made my son be more respectful/polite towards others and more responsible. All the teachers and helpers at Lund Martial Arts are so patient and always friendly and upbeat! I am so happy that we found such a great place full of amazing people for my whole family to do this fun activity!
I have been attending Lund Martial Arts for over four years now and have been loving every minute of it!! The instructors are very understanding and kind. The atmosphere is safe and friendly. I always look forward to going into class throughout the week. Lund Martial Arts has taught me more about not only self defense, but also self confidence and self discipline. I always feel comfortable to be myself around the instructors and my classmates and I always have fun!!
I have been doing martial arts for a few years now , and I love it. I got started after one of the instructors came to my school. He taught us some of the basics to introduce us to martial arts. ( You could see if he can come to your school too !!! ) All the instructors are willing to help you if you are having trouble with something. They make you laugh sometimes but always make sure you know your skills. They aren’t just teaching you martial arts ,they are also teaching you life lessons too. What is really great is that they have two locations , so no matter where you live you can still find them. ( Harborcreek & Millcreek )
My daughter started attending at lunds when she turned 5, she was very shy and lacked confidence...today she is 6 1/2 and with the help of the instructors she has more confidence then I could ever imagine. The instructors are fantastic and I would recommend them for anyone looking for martial arts. They truly care about the outcome of all their students, and we can't wait for our youngest child to start classes with them.
Great place for kids and adults. The instructors are thorough and patient. The sessions go quickly and are packed with action! There is just the right amount of learning and doing. The instructors are really great with kids and know how to energize them while keeping them on task.
