Team Impact Brazilian Jujitsu and Kickboxing is has a great family atmosphere and welcomes all who are interested exploring BJJ. This gym is very clean and professional maintained and operated. Coach Mark Barrett is well versed in BJJ with thirty plus years of coaching, conditioning and competing in the martial arts community. The adult class are designed to be challenging but fun and educational as well.
In February, my husband and I decided to introduce the kids to jujitsu. Initially, our goal was simply to keep them active and teach them valuable self-defense skills. However, this experience has become so much more than just a class for us. We are incredibly thankful for the relationships we’ve built this year, but as a mother, I am especially grateful for the profound lessons they’re learning on the mat. They are gaining the ability to navigate uncomfortable situations, mastering emotional control, and discovering that hard work pays off. If you’re ever unsure about what activities to enroll your children in, I wholeheartedly encourage you to consider jujitsu. I’m deeply appreciative of Team Impact, Coach Barrett, and the other awesome coaches who dedicate their love and attention to our kids. Best gym, best coaches! Hands down.
I have been training with Mark and the team for two years. He is a gracious and intentional coach. I am busy with school and work, so I mostly attend the morning class before work. If you are a family man with a lot going on or want to compete at a high level in BJJ or MMA, this gym is awesome! I also appreciate how much everyone here tries to protect their partners from injuries so we can all train for a long time. We are open day or night times. Come see me in the morning class or come in the evenings. We will work together. -Chuck
Without a doubt the best MMA gym in Oklahoma. Coach Mark is an amazing teacher who is very seasoned in martial arts. I came into this place very timid and insecure and now I feel the complete opposite. The people who attend here are very kind, understanding, patient and just overall awesome. We all understand each other’s limits and skill range and continue to push each other to be better than yesterday. All the assistant coach’s like Nick, Cade, Brady and more are dedicated to their craft and will have you leaving each class learning something new. Prices are great and Mark is very phenomenal and patient teach can’t imagine going anywhere else!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hands down one of the best gyms around. Team Impact produces some legit fighters and the training environment is next level. Whether you’re into jiu-jitsu, MMA, or kickboxing, the coaching and atmosphere push you to get better every day. On top of that, their kids program is phenomenal—structured, positive, and confidence-building. Can’t recommend this place enough. 💪🥋
My kids started kickboxing/BJJ here around September/October of 2025 and we absolutely love it. They look forward to going to class, and we’ve already seen so much progress in their skills and confidence. The coaches are intentional, encouraging, and truly great with the kids. Highly recommend!
