Great place to train I been here for years and will say it been an honor. I’ve learned so much about myself. The training is great and the people here are really welcoming. I can’t imagine training anywhere else. They have helped me gain high levels of skills in many competitions and gave me the confidence to compete at a high level. Anyone looking for a place to train I would highly recommend.
Extremely welcoming. Great staff/instructors. Very professional and great communication/follow up. Classes are filled with all skill levels and structured in a way for everyone to get quality training and progress. They have a great schedule throughout the week offering plenty of training times. Highly recommend!
I traveled all the way from Europe to have ability to train under guidance of professor Bruno and Richie who are both amazing teachers. I wish I had this place close at hand so take advantage that you have! I highly recommend giving a try to RGL because this place is more than worth it. People there are super welcoming, always ready to help, one family. #jiujitsuconnectstheworld
I attended my first fundamentals BJJ class today at Renzo Gracie Academy Latham, and it was truly a great experience. The professor broke down each technique clearly and answered all of my questions. The class atmosphere was super friendly and supportive, and I left feeling motivated and excited to continue. I highly recommend this gym for anyone starting BJJ!
So far, I have done a couple of trial classes here and I have really enjoyed it. While I do feel behind, the instructors and other members are more than willing to assist where I struggle. I’ve had so much fun that I signed up for a membership after class tonight. Definitely give it a shot if you’re looking to train, or even considering training.
