Dropped in for a few classes while in town visiting. Ty, the owner/instructor, and his students were very welcoming. Ty, has great attention to detail and provides good instruction to his students.
Actual jiu jitsu training. Fun for any ages. Super friendly staff and students.
Ty is very informative and great with the kids! The ladies class is a good way to learn about self defense.
