Nick was one of my primary coaches at Greenwich Jiu Jitsu before he moved to Florida, and I recommend him as an instructor wholeheartedly. There are a lot of people who are good at jiu jitsu. I think what sets Nick apart is his skill and training in teaching blended with his strong jiu jitsu. In my opinion, you don’t necessarily want the guy teaching class to be the best performer in the academy. You want the guy who can make you the best you can be. Those are different skills and I think Nick excels at the important one.
Having been coached by Nick before, I already know this gym is going to be something special. Nick is an incredible instructor and mentor who works well with all levels of experience, from brand new students to seasoned grapplers. His coaching style emphasizes strong fundamentals, smart rolling, and steady improvement on the mats. What really sets him apart is how much he cares about his students’ growth and development. If you’re looking for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Naples, FL, with a coach who’s knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in your progress, this is absolutely the place to be. Was in the area for vacation and popped into Nicks gym to get some training in. I’ve been training for 6+ years and am a Renzo Gracie purple belt. Nick and the team were incredibly welcoming, the gym was very modern and clean, and Nicks training style was incredibly engaging. From the very beginner to the advanced BJJ practitioners, Nicks gym is truly for everyone. I highly recommend the gym and plan on training here every time I come down. Thanks Nick and team!!!!

I trained here while on vacation in Naples, FL. Nick is great and from the start I felt comfortable knowing that rolling safely is always the priority. The class format is high energy, live, situational - which provided a great workout. There were also a couple younger kids training together during our class. Really a perfect place for any one of any age looking to get into jiujitsu.
I wish Coach Nick all the best of luck on his new endeavor. We met in Greenwich, Ct a few years back. He taught the NOGI classes at GJJ and was excellent. He has great jiu jitsu and is also a great human being. Don’t sleep on this one, get in there and train!
