As a single mom of twins, finding a gym that offers high quality training for kids and adults was a must. Evolution MMA offers a team of high caliber coaches with REAL life experience in Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing/Muay Thai, Boxing, and MMA along with a supportive community. Not only are the coaches outstanding practitioners, they can articulate instructions in digestible pieces for beginners like myself. Their attention to detail is phenomenal! Though my kids had martial arts experience, I had zero. My first class was intense and I barely survived it. Fortunately, the encouragement and support I received from other members and coaches kept me going. After 3 months of consistent training, I’m honestly in the best shape I’ve been in 10 years. It’s also been an incredible experience watching my kids’ confidence skyrocket and their ability to focus improve. They also have tons of fun while developing their athletic abilities!
