My kids absolutely love this jujitsu class at flow academy! The instructors are patient, encouraging, and great with children of all skill levels. It's been amazing to see their confidence, discipline, and focus improve. Highly recommend for any parent looking for a positive and structured activity!
Great place to practice bjj it is clean and the instructors are kind and understanding. Love the women's class for bjj and boot camp.
