Led by Professor Carlos Miller, a 4th-degree black belt with 29+ years on the mat, and co-founder Professor Eric Barajas, our academy traces its lineage from Rickson Gracie to Aloisio Silva. We teach self-defense foundations first, then layer in sport jiu-jitsu — built on connection, base, posture, and patient repetition. Our IBJJF-aligned curriculum is the same proven path from your first white-belt class to black belt (and we keep training safe — no heel hooks at any level). We welcome every age and ability, from Little Ninjas (3+) and Kids and Youth BJJ to Adults Gi and No-Gi, plus Active Fit 55+, Rise and Strike Boxing, and our adaptive Flow Limitless program.
