Exceptional Jiujitsu academy! The instructors are highly skilled, patient, and create a welcoming environment for all skill levels. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, the classes are well-structured, promoting growth and camaraderie. The facilities are clean, and the community is supportive. I’ve gained valuable skills and made great friends along the way. Highly recommend for anyone looking to learn Jiujitsu in a positive and encouraging atmosphere!
Flow Yucaipa is super welcoming and the head professor Eric always knows how to make you feel welcome and part of a community! It took me a few years to find a home gym and I’ve never been happier than here at flow. I love the open mats, each professor is great in their own unique way, the schedule is abundant with classes, and I love training gi and no gi at 5 am and tuesdays thursdays!! The professors incorporate sparring/rolling into every class which is my most important thing I was looking for. I super highly recommend flow!!
I have trained here since 2017, and can honestly say it has been one of the best experiences of my life. Professor Eric creates a calm, safe and family-oriented environment, with the absolute best training. I am always challenged, and always welcomed and encouraged. My 11 year old son also trains here, and I wouldn't trust anyone else for his training. Professor Eric is honest, fair, and just a great human being. There are plenty of other BJJ places in the area, but this is the best, without a doubt.
Been training here for almost 10 years now and I swear by it. So much so I even have began to help coach the kids and adult classes. Professor Eric Barajas is an amazing instructor and mentor. He’s an even better friend. He will always have your best intention in mind. Definitely would recommend to friends, family, and coworkers alike. This place can serve anyone! I love it here.
Best Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) class I’ve found in the area. Professor Eric is an excellent instructor from small kids to adults. The classes have a great mix of males/females and a family feel.
After training in BJJ for many years I am happy to say Flow Academy is my new home. Great vibes, challenging training and a great competitive side. No stress and wonderful for the kids. Professor Eric is the nicest guy! Definitely a must school for beginners and advanced students!
