Updating my review. My youngest son who is on the Spectrum has also joined the Fight Foundation team. We couldn't be more thankful for Sifu Cherry and her team, they work very well with my son. We started with 1:1 classes before integrating him into group classes. My son would elope at home, at the the store basically anywhere, with the help of Fight Foundation my son hardly has that issue now. MMA has taught him discipline and to follow directions. They instructors are great at reinforcing positive behaviors and nipping the bad ones. My son is learning to interact with his peers better and he is equipped to defend himself. We've been with Fight Foundation for many year and highly recommend them. It's also by far the cleanest gym around. We love Sifu Cherry And Sifu Paul, their whole team has always been awesome with us. My son has been with the fight foundation for a few years now. My 4.5 year old has been doing MMA at Fight Foundation since he turned 3 and it’s been amazing for him! In additional to all of the physical skills he’s learned, it’s taught him how to listen, how to behave in a group setting, how to make friends and socialize with other kids his age, how to follow a schedule/routine, I could go on and on! Sifu Cherry always makes the class fun for the peewees and introduces new games all the time to keep them engaged. My son loves it and we can’t wait to sign our younger son up once he’s old enough!
My kids started with Fight Foundation several years ago. They are currently first degree brown belts. When they started they were shy and timid. They now have so much confidence in their ability and I have confidence that they can defend themselves. I am very impressed with how Sifu Cherry runs each class. She controls the class and teaches respect and discipline. Putting my kids in MMA was one of the best decisions we made!
Iv been training at Fight Foundation for years. The instructors are great! The added jiu-jitsu program has been awesome as well. They are always going out of their way to help us improve and become better martial artists. Highly suggest for all levels from 1st timers to pros. The classes are structured very well for all skill levels!
Only positive things to say about the Fight Foundation!! My son is participating and loves training! Sifu Cherry always ensures that students are practicing in a safe/clean environment, learning age appropriate skills and promotes respect towards others. We send our kids here for mma and the instructors here are amazing! It's money well spent because it can literally save your child's life with all the stuff they learn! You can't learn what they show you here anywhere else in this town! Plus the kickboxing is really fun too! Thanks CAM MMA
