Excellent Jiu Jitsu Gym with Skilled Instructors in La Habra, CA. I recently dropped in to train at Manifest MMA jiu jitsu gym in La Habra, CA and was blown away by the quality of instruction and the welcoming community. The instructors here are highly skilled and have a wealth of experience in both jiu jitsu and other martial arts, and they are passionate about sharing their knowledge with their students. The gym itself is clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space for training. The class sizes are just right, allowing for individualized attention and feedback from the instructors. The warm-up and technique drills are challenging but fun and are a great opportunity to put your skills into practice. One of the things I appreciate most about this gym is the community of students and instructors. Everyone is friendly and supportive, and there is a real sense of camaraderie among the members. As a lady beginner looking to get into Muay Thai, I tried a couple gyms before finding this one, and Manifest MMA is the gym I always come back to. This is a great place to train with very skilled and knowledgeable coaches. A welcoming, respectful, inclusive environment, no egos, just chill vibes. The gym is very clean, new mats and bags. Plus, there are locker rooms with showers and plenty of parking out front. If you are looking to get started and/or train in Muay Thai and Jujitsu, I highly recommend this place.
This is my first time taking Muay Thai lessons and I was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming everyone was at this gym. I thought I’d feel intimidated, but that hasn’t been the case at all at this location. I’ve been showing up to the Saturday Muay Thai sessions for all levels and Coach Isaac has been so nice, friendly, and knowledgeable to work with. I haven’t felt out of place at all and eased into feeling comfortable from day one. It’s also great to see the gym do dedicated event sessions for women. I value a place that is inclusive for everyone, and this gym is truly a home that welcomes people of all backgrounds. The gym is new, clean, and well-maintained. Locker rooms are spacious and it’s nice that showers are included. I also had a chance to meet the duo dynamic owners, Kevin & Gretchen, and they’re great people. BJJ is also available at this gym and I am excited to try that out soon!
I've been wanting to try a new hobby and I figured I'd give Manifest MMA a shot. I struggle with social anxiety which stopped me from joining a Muay Thai/BJJ class for a while. I finally said enough was enough and joined Manifest MMA. Upon entering, Coach Kevin was extremely hospitable and made me feel comfortable. Fast forward 3 weeks, and I can honestly say joining this gym was the best decision I made for myself, my health, and my mental health. Everyone there is super supportive and gives me a lot of reassurance which feels good since I'm a rookie lol. It's challenging, but that's what helps you grow. I should also mention that Coach Issac is a great and knowledgeable coach. I recommend anyone looking for an MMA gym join Manifest MMA! You won't regret it.
Both of my kids are in the JiuJitsu & Muay Thai class, i am very pleased with how respectful and patient coach Kevin and Coach Johnny are. We’ve been coming a little over a month & my daughters love learning and as a parent i am proud to see them enjoying this new hobby. The gym is very spacious and clean. This is an amazing gym from the facility, locker rooms , coaches , staff, and everything in this gym is clean and organized. I've been looking for a gym to join for months for my son and I and after searching around manifest schedule works perfect for both of our schedule. Coach keven , Matt, and Issac are all great and everyday we are working hard and learning new skills to improve. I would definitely recommend it anyone that wants to join you will love it.
