⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — A Gym Built on Integrity and Excellence While I haven’t had the chance to train at Artistry BJJ yet, I can confidently speak to the reputation and character of the people behind it. The professors here are known not just for their technical knowledge of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, but for the integrity, humility, and leadership they bring to the mats. That combination is rare — and powerful. In a world where many gyms focus solely on winning, Artistry BJJ stands out as a place that builds people, not just fighters. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned grappler, you’ll be walking into a space run by individuals who genuinely care about your growth on and off the mats. If you’re in Houston and looking for a place to train where values matter just as much as technique, this is the Gym.
I’ve had the privilege of training with Professor Felipe, and I can confidently say he is one of the most experienced and dedicated martial artists I've encountered. As a black belt and professional MMA competitor, he embodies the true spirit of martial arts, upholding values that inspire respect and discipline. Professor Felipe is not only a remarkable instructor but also a family man who treats every student with the utmost respect. He sets high expectations for those willing to put in the work, and he genuinely invests his heart and soul into helping you achieve your goals, whether they lie in competition or personal fitness. If you’re considering starting your martial arts journey, I encourage you to take the leap and join his gym. With a focus on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA, this is undoubtedly one of the best gyms in Houston. Don’t hesitate—jump on the train now and experience the transformation for yourself!
Highly recommend visiting/training at Artistry. It is a very clean facility, and a family oriented gym that welcomes all levels of experience on the mats. Professor Felipe Rocha is one of the best in the game. Artistry is a place where you learn to train with everything you got! You will be pushed to go past your limits, in the process of that you will not only get physically stronger, but mentally strong as well. You will develop more confidence and also build great relationships with the people you train with. If you’re looking for a place where you can train hard, get stronger physically and mentally and develop more confidence while learning self defense skills, Artistry is the place for you! #envision #create
I train at Artistry BJJ when I can. I have trained in martial arts along time . Coach Fellipe Rocha not only is a professional fighter in MMA / BJJ . He and his staff are world class in teaching. I recommend anyone interested in MMA / BJJ . Definitely come train at Artistry BJJ you will not be disappointed.
Without a doubt the top bjj school in Houston. Felipe is a world class competitor in the sport, and an accomplished MMA fighter. But where he really shines is in his ability to convey complex concepts in very simple and easy to understand ways. I've trained at a lot of different academies in my life, and I've learned more in the last 7 months at Artistry than I have at any other in the past. The other students are great, extremely welcoming and have built a great community.
Dropped in for a class while in town for work and I would highly recommend training here. I had a great time, cool atmosphere to train in. Super welcoming atmosphere from the head coach and students along with high level bjj. Felipe Rocha seems like a really good guy and has a reputation as high level coach.
