I absolutely love training at this gym! The instructor is incredibly friendly, and the students create a really welcoming environment. When he teaches new techniques, he breaks everything down in a super detailed—and honestly, really funny—way that makes learning both easy and safe. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone and everyone. Plus, your first class is free—come check it out for yourself!
Awesome new facility! The team at this gym has the right attitude about training and a very high skill level. I dropped in for their open mat and had an awesome time, and will Definitely be back again. They were very welcoming and we had a great time training. Whether youre visiting the area or already training you should 100% make it a point to come check these guys out.
Got to visit Sōzō for an open mat today! Brennan made me feel very welcome and I was able to get in multiple rounds with talented people! If you’re in the area and either don’t train or have trained jiu jitsu before, I recommend checking out Sōzō!
Dropped in for a class during a work trip and had an amazing time! Great room with good people. The owner/coach is very welcoming and overall just a solid dude! Good instruction breaks everything down in a way everyone can understand. If you’re looking for a place to train in Chattanooga this is definitely the spot!
Coach Brennen and coach Roman are fantastic teaching kids classes. Very patient with the kids and dedicated to working with them so they enjoy learning in a fun and positive way!
Had a great time dropping in at Sozo! Showed up to check the place out and was welcomed by Brennen, and hopped in for some awesome rolls. I've trained at nearly every gym in the north GA/Tennessee area. Brennen is super legit. It was an awesome and safe environment. Very technical high level Jiu-Jitsu. I'm glad we stopped by!
