Life changing experience! One of the most proud decisions I've taken. Not only do they have 2 brilliant brazilian jiujitsu black belts professors that surprise me everytime with something new and more little details that make the technique work effectively. But also, the fundamentals class its amazing! It has changed/fix my game tremendously, fulfilling me with a deeper understanding of the techniques. One last thing, to keep in mind and take for granted are also the 2 amazing judo black belt senseis, that are literally full of knowledge, and make your judo, wrestling, jiujitsu or stand up game become disgustingly good.
Excellent Jiu Jitsu gym in the North NJ area. Professor Steve is an excellent coach and is always dedicated to help his students improve. The gym itself has a family atmosphere, very friendly vibes but tough training partners; you’ll definitely have some hard rounds here! If you’re looking for self-defense or to improve your health Jiu Jitsu is a great martial art to explore.
Great place to train, with great instructors teaching and take the time to explain everything throughly. No egos in this school everybody is helpful with anyone who needs help or has a question. There’s also a variety of classes from Brazilian jiu jitsu, judo, wrestling, and striking classes.
Been training here since the start of this new ownership and I couldn't recommend it more. Jiu jitsu classes every day with black belts who aren't just great practitioners, but excellent teachers and people. They also offer judo classes to really provide a complete grappling education. Combine that with great prices, and it really is a fantastic school.
Dropped in for some training. Joe and greg were extremely welcoming, class was well oriented for all levels. Overall positive experience. Mats were disinfected after class. Highly recommend for everyone
