If you are in the area and considering taking up a Martial art, I would recommend this Prunedale dojo. I train in BJJ here as often as I can because of the supportive atmosphere and awesome guys and gals who make this place what it is. :)
Definitely the place to learn self defense if you want REAL results. You only get your promotions here if you earn it and I appreciate that. Been training here for 8 years and have rank in both Kenpo Karate and BJJ.
