7AM COMPETITION CLASSCompetition class is for intermediate and advanced jiu jitsu students. This class focuses on technical breakdowns, drilling, and sparring. Students will gain an advanced understanding of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques, with the opportunity to apply these concepts to sparring rounds at the end of the session.
