Unstructured training time where anyone can drop in to roll — no class, no curriculum. Many gyms welcome visitors from other academies. Gi or no-gi depends on the session; always check the gym's drop-in policy and mat fee first.
Some are free for members and visitors; others charge a small drop-in mat fee ($10-$25 is typical). Policy changes often — confirm with the gym before showing up.
